 In Relation To Pennsylvania's Early Intervention Program.



Dear Honorable [Your Representative],                              

        I am a concerned [parent/friend/grandparent] of a  [child/grandchild/friend]  in [Your County] County. A few weeks ago it came to my attention that this program  was going to be transitioning from the current format to an outside agency doing our early intervention program in Somerset and Bedford counties.


        While the other sections of the state currently do it this way, I would respectfully request you look into not doing it in our counties. I can list dozens of reasons why you should keep the current system, but I will focus on one, and that is why risk the quality of service our children receive with an unknown? Why fix what isn't broken?

      I would like to know where you personally stand on this issue,  and what you plan on doing in regards to this matter.  Thank you for your time.
